Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all tags attached.

How to Return:

  1. Request: Fill out the return portal here.
  2. Pack: Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship: Include the RMA number and send the package to the address provided by customer service.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Processing Time: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Label: Label will be provided, but the return is not free of charge. The return cost will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final Sale: Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately for a return shipping label and a replacement or refund.
